Solicitors List – Grading Decisions

How Firms Are Graded

All decisions about grading are made by the NetPol Protest Solicitors List Panel. The NetPol Protest Solicitors List Panel is made up of three members or participants in organisations that are part of NetPol, with no more than one panel member coming from any organisation. The panel will not have any members that work in the legal profession including solicitors or barristers. The panel is appointed by the NetPol Steering Committee.

Decision-Making Process

All decisions on grading are completely up to the discretion of the NetPol Protest Solicitors List Panel. They may choose to include any factor from any credible source that they believe relevant. They are under no obligation to keep records of any part of this process, to reply to correspondence or give reasons about their decisions, unless specifically asked to do so by the NetPol Protest Solicitors List Panel or the NetPol Steering Committee.

Information can be fed to the panel by sending it to npsl@netpol.org.
